As such, this study seeks to examine the state of the Swedish Artificial Intelligence innovation system with a focus on the roles played by Sweden’s corporate national champions, and their connections to other actors. This study relies on published corporate data such as annual reports and press-releases to analyse activities and relationships in the innovation system. The literature suggests that resources and innovation networks are important to support emerging technologies like this one, which corresponds well with the findings from this study. (Less)
