The result of the analysis shows that the relationship at supranational EU level leads to PMSC gaining the ability to design frameworks for their own sector. This in turn leads to PMSC gaining the ability to limit public scrutiny... (More)

This in turn leads to PMSC gaining the ability to limit public scrutiny of their work resulting in privileged access and ability to process information and ideas. Finally, this results in PMSC being the actor with a unique capability that the EU wants to buy. (Less)
