The results were based on four factors: relationship building, handling of violence, motivation to work and job satisfaction. Results showed that these four factors were the most mentioned by the informants and in previous research. It also made the most impact on the staff regarding their psychological well being. Despite the fact that results have been identified it must be noticed that the study is performed on a micro level which is too small for making general conclusions. The results are also consistent with previous research done on the subject. (Less)
