Findings showed that the first-line managers cared deeply about these relationships just as earlier studies have shown that the employees do. The conditions of the managers' professional role, listening to and including the employees during decision-making that affected the nursing home all played a part in the building of the relationship according to the managers. The results also showed that different kinds of leadership play a part in how well you can build a relationship with your employees. (Less)
