The material also consists of two interviews with two people who have great work experience at the institutional homes that these kids are held at as of now. Even though it is not possible to generalise the interviews due to the small selection of respondents, the interviews contribute to a deeper understanding of the context. Furthermore the results are analysed in the theoretical framework consisting of both Jeremy Bentham and Michel Foucault's theories about punishment, as well as the interest theory about human rights. The results indicated a restrictive development in the legal context which may impact children's rights. (Less)
