By analyzing the motions, the study provides an overview of how gender influences which gender equality perspectives are expressed, and which gender predominantly voices them. The results show that female members of parliament more frequently submit motions on gender equality politics, though a connection linking gender to specific sub-areas of gender equality proved more difficult to establish.
