- China's WTO entry brings both opportunities and challenges. Chinese companies are facing increasing competitive in both domestic market and overseas market. How to survive in the domestic market and how to carry out international operations of Chinese firms are the urgent questions to most Chinese firms. Competing with global giants, Haier Group is considered a successful case in China. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the internationalization of Chinese firms through study Haier case.
