- Abstract
- This thesis is an explorative phenomenological study of 11 managers that are in an in between position within different organizations and that in some way are responsible of other staff members. The aim of the study was to examine and get an understanding of how each individual experience her/his situation at work. The results showed that the managers often refer to the same areas when they talk about their situations. But even though they talk about similar things they do so in different ways. All the factors that are brought up have different meanings for each person due to their individual ways of experiencing the world.
