Abstract
The purpose of this study has been to reach a deeper understanding about female entrepreneurs at growing companies. The study portraits specific attention towards their families, their entrepreneur skills, and their level of spare time. The theoretical foundation is based on: society, organisation, and individual. 15 female entrepreneurs at growing companies within Skåne area were all interviewed by using explorative phenomenological methods such as Grounded Theory and Birgerstams method. The result showed that the women are highly ambitious and optimistic regarding the development within their companies.
