Abstract
The purpose of this study is to describe, phenomenologically, the thoughts, feelings and ideas about the most suited applicant. Three vice-principals and five pupils at Komvux Kronborg in Malmö were asked to choose the most suited applicant from five fictive work applications. The result showed that the vice-principals had a similar view about the most suited applicants, their experience, traits, and how they would fit in the organization. The results of the pupils showed that they had little in common when they discussed the applicant's experience and traits. Their choices of the most suited applicants varied to a greater extent than the choices of the vice-principals. (Less)
