To answer these questions I gathered information about the subject through literature and completed an interview-study with seven girls in their nineteen’s. Tolerance and free choice was brought out as important values. The study showed a correlation between self-esteem and looks, and it brought out that social relations are important for self-confidence and personal development. The girls were optimistic regarding the future and together with work and family there’s a direction towards self-realisation. (Less)
