- Abstract
- The meaning of this essay was to investigate how an employer handles abuse problems among the employees and which people who get involved in these problems. According to the Swedish law the employer must act when he discover that an employee has abuse problems. We have investigated how an action document about these looks like and what duties the employer has in these situations, but even what functions the involved people have. We have at two places of work interviewed nine people who get in contact with these problems and have made the ground of this essay together with relevant literature.
