- Abstract
- The purpose was to determine, firstly the existing structures and organisations in Trelleborg municipality, and secondly which methods were used in the works that prevent and fight juvenile problems. Central issue was: · Which type of organisation, when working with preventing juvenile problems, were used by the different activities in Trelleborg municipality? - The purpose was to determine, firstly the existing structures and organisations in Trelleborg municipality, and secondly which methods were used in the works that prevent and fight juvenile problems. I used a questionnaire with main-and sub-questions to be able to keep the line in the interviews. The process of changing had a more prominent role in the projects than in the permanent activities. However, all four activities are or have been or have some connection to projects. Purpose documents describes the practical work and in very wide concepts the purpose, which results in difficulties to determine if they fulfils their task. In the activities I can identify project makers and fiery spirits, and how they influence the activities. Between employees are in general a good interaction expressed, but some disagreements are directed against some employers since their financial situation is so different. (Less)
