- Abstract
- With machine control engineering vehicles can be controlled by one or several measuring instruments like total station, GPS or plane laser. Machine control are today used on mainly large infrastructure projects where the advantages are; reduced field measurements, increased effectiveness and precision. Can machine control also be used on small projects and have the same advantages compared to large projects? In the survey the interviewed opinions about machine control are explained and also what they think about using it on smaller projects. Further, A comparison have been done of using and not using machine control on a shaft in order get a cost understanding.
