The conclusion of the study is that Gore and Lomborgs debate is in itself an acknowledgement that two issues under the same roof can have the result that a debate about prioritizing between these two can take place. Also, with reference to Lester R. Brown and his theory about a connection between a states ecological basis and a fragile state, my conclusion was that the given frames to put environment and development assistance policy together is not that obvious as it seem to be in the discussion between Lomborg and Gore, environment can also be seen as a security policy.
