Occupational balance is a complex phenomenon with a number of different definitions. In this study, which purpose was to investigate how working occupational therapists describe and experience occupational balance, eight occupational therapists participated.
The study had a qualitative approach including focus group interviews as a method. As the method of analysis qualitative content analysis with manifest content was used. The results showed that occupational balance is an individual experience, which is related to health.
