Our study is based on a qualitative method with eight semi structured interviews. Our respondent people were social workers, lawyers and chief of management. The result of this study showed that conflicts between the parents are the main reason to a non-function contact between a child and a parent. The most current community effort in this non-function relationship between a child and a parent was cooperative conversations. We used attachment theory, crises theory and finally system theory to describe our subject. Our study showed among other things that a social network is useful and important factor for both a child and a parent. The best for a child is to have access to both parents if the parents are well-function.
