Different professions shall work together for young people to break their criminal behavior and a favorable development. In the cooperation between the profession are there obstacles that could make it difficult för their work, and these obstacles must be properly managed. Professionals have different rules they must abide by, while they should take consideration to each other. The interaction process is the different puzzle pieces to be placed in the right place, but all have the same goals and want young people to feel good and to end their criminal behaviour. The theory we have chosen to analyze our empirical evidence is Bolman and Deals organization theory with the structural perspective. The results of the study show that the regulatory framework such as confidentiality may prevent communication between the professions. Another result we found is that the profession saw as a positive cooperation only. (Less)
