- Abstract
- Our purpose is to study the relation and dynamic between offering services higher up in the value chain, risk, trust and cultural differences for an offshore outsourcing vendor. The research of our thesis is based on a qualitative case study with interviews, observations and document studies at our case company OKS Group. Our theoretical framework consists of models regarding outsourcing relationship and success, trust, and cultural differences. The empirical material consists of primary data collected through interviews, observations and document studies at OKS Group, India.
