Abstract
Many houses of the “miljonprogrammet” is now facing a major improvement need, and not least in terms of energy improvement, Drottninghög in Helsingborg is one such area. It is a houses from Drottninghög that is used as an example in this report. The energy improvements addressed in this report is mainly concerning construction improvements. The building from Drottninghög is poorly insulated whit thermal leaks and large thermal bridges. In order to additional isolate the building as well as possible you should try to break the major thermal bridges and create a tighter building envelope. It appears that the building on Drottninghög has an energy consumption of about 211 kWh/m2·years and for new buildings the required limit is 110 kWh/m2·years for the region of Skåne. The report examine the potential improvements that are economically beneficial during a 30-year perspective. Different materials and means are compared in order to obtain the most favorable results possible. (Less)
