Abstract
This Master Theses comprises a product development of heat recovery systems for a GRANULDISK dishwasher, starting from a mission statement and resulting in testable prototypes. Some competitor’s products with heat recovery systems are identified in the market research. Analyzing existing products gives an overview of the solutions on the market and how they work. Target specifications are established which later are used to rank and select generated product concepts. Product concepts for energy recovery systems in a dishwasher are generated and evaluated with aspect to the target specifications.
