- Abstract (Swedish)
- With the development of society the risks have become more complex and difficult to overview. Not least because of the inter¬dependencies that exist between them. This master thesis aims to study critical societal functions dependencies in the primary care in Skåne and to investigate the possibility of intro¬ducing some kind of basic security levels in those functions. The study includes four main groups; one public and one private health care clinic and the management levels on both sides. The study was con¬ducted by using a qualitative interview study and a quantitative survey study. The results show that strong dependencies exist in several areas including a strong information dependency. The project shows that the work with establishing and developing identification tools for dependencies is an important part of the risk and vulnerability management work, and should in the future become a more integral part of this work because it can lead to a more robust function in the future.
