The other question is how different actors in the global market have written about the responsibility of the company because of the differences between actors. The actors are United Nations, the company Trafigura, the national court in Amsterdam and Amnesty International and Greenpeace International (Nongovernmental organizations). I have looked through some articles, reports and so on from 2008, 2009 and 2010 to investigate what and how they have written about the responsibility of the company. The conclusion was that they have been written similar to each other and there is not much different from an article written by NGO or an article by United Nations. They have written that it was a disaster for the people that where affected and died of this accident. The other conclusion became that all the actor’s thinks that Trafigura have a both moral and juridical responsibility to protect human rights. It has been difficult to take Multinational companies in court before, but Trafigura is an example of the possibilities to bring companies to court. (Less)
