Abstract
This report is a fire safety evaluation of Center Syd shopping centre in Löddeköpinge, Sweden. The aim was to evaluate the safety of humans in the event of a fire. Property loss, structural damage and environmental effect have not been evaluated. Four scenarios representing the most critical fires to occur were evaluated. Fire modelling has been carried out using hand calculations for the well mixed case, and the two-zone computer model FAST/CFAST for the stratified case. Egress analysis was executed using the computer model Simulex as well as hand calculations.
