The interviews were taped and transcribed verbatim. A thematic analysis (TA) was used to processthe results of the study. Some of these themes were related to beliefs about how interesting, plain and hard work-related bullying can be. Other themes were related to interventions on different levels, both on individual, group and organizational level. The conclusion of the study was that leadership seems to have a fundamental role in the participants' perceptions about how work-related bullying might arise, be prevented and remedied. (Less)
