Agglutinated foraminifera from the Campanian of the Kristianstad basin, southern Sweden
(1993) In Dissertations in Geology at Lund UniversityDepartment of Geology
- Abstract
- In samples consisting mainly of Campanian biocalcarenite from Maltesholm and Ullstorp 23 foraminifera species were identified. The number of species lies within the range for a normal marine environment according to Fisher α-diagrams and triangular diagrams. It is concluded that Maltesholm represents a more shallow marine environment than Ullstorp. A systematic description is included for the agglutinated species.
