The essay aims to get a view how teachers in school work to integrate pupils with special needs. And also get teachers experience of how pupils without any disorders/disabilities response and interact to pupils with special needs. The study is qualitative in nature and it is teachers in primary schools that have been interviewed. The investigation is that teacher’s knowledge and willingness to understand how many different expressions and different needs these pupils have, is important in the integration process. The empirical material has been analyzed through Becker´s labeling theory.
