- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to examine how professionals working in collaboration around a temporary accommodation facility for families who are officially categorized under the term ‘structurally homeless’.
Our study was conducted with a qualitative approach using semi-structured interviews and observations. We asked how the professionals define the situation of the families and how they look upon the organizational cooperation and its effects. We analyzed the empirical data using the Structural Perspective of Organization Theory.
