- Abstract
- The aim for this study was to gain a better understanding of how cyber-bullying presents itself among school students, and in what ways schools and school counselors are involved when it comes to working with the problem. The study was based upon semi-structured interviews with six school counselors from three primary schools in Sweden. The material was analyzed and put into the context of Hasenfelds theory of human service organizations. By doing this we were able to understand how schools operate regarding the problem with cyber-bullying.
