- With rapid development of economy and society in China, the process of urbanization is accelerated. In this case, traditional supply model, dominated by the government, can no longer satisfy the needs of society because of increasingly prominent problems, like government funds shortage, inefficient supply management and so on. Therefore, marketization reform becomes an important measure to improve the efficiency of construction and operation of sewage treatment facilities.
