- Abstract
- The paper aims to investigate the relationship between the consultants’ external learning and the case company’s internal knowledge utilization, and the role played by corporate culture in this relationship in the IT-consultancy industry. The result suggests that there is relationship between the knowledge utilization and corporate culture. Furthermore there is evidence suggesting that the case company have taken action towards a deliberate strategy including both concepts.
