- Abstract
- The aim with this master thesis is to investigate how the case
company should implement a deviation-handling that will
motivate employees, encourage to constant improvements
and give a god communication in an industrial construction
concept. The specified goal with this thesis is to study the
industrial construction concept and:
Investigate the notion deviation.
Study the handling process of deviations.
Identify and prevent deviations.
Develop a model for deviation-handling.
