The question I seek to answer is; what are the political effects of this law?
I apply a theoretical framework called ´policy feedback` and the related policy theories that examines, lock-in effect, ideational and symbolic effects, state-building effects and social group effects.
It does enable an analysis of the effects that followed the enactment of the law and what the law has ´caused` till this present day. (Less)
