Abstract
This essay aims to present the way in which relevant organizations in Sweden argues for who's got a responsibility towards children when they're victims of bullying in social medias. This essay does not want to examine if the way we're dealing with children who're victims of cyber bullying is effective or not, nor do I claim to put forward recommendations for a 'better way' to divide responsibly between organizations.
I use argument analysis to highlight the main arguments for who's got responsibility in this context. I examine reports, policies and other documents from Swedish NGO:s working for children's rights, Swedish authorities and the social media network Facebook to answer this essays' question.

This essay aims to present the way in which relevant organizations in Sweden argues for who's got a responsibility towards children when they're victims of bullying in social medias. I conclude that these organizations lay most of the responsibly on the schools, parents and the government. Only Facebook puts any responsibility on corporations to work for a safer internet for children. I finish off by analyzing why these organizations don't put responsibly on corporations and what the mayor issues are with the way this question is talked about in my materials. (Less)
