Abstract
In January 2009 the center for Asymmetric threats and Terrorism Studies (CATS) at the national defence college in Stockholm, published a report called “Hot mot demokrati och värdegrund- en lägesbild från Malmö”. The purpose of my essay is to understand what kind of knowledge the report creates about people living in Rosengård (referred to a suburb in Malmö). Based on my analysis of the reports implications, I come to the statement that the report has a divided ”us and them” vision and that the representation is not fair acording to my theory. This created knowledge, contributes to the pro-blems (segregation and isolation) which seem to exist in Rosengård. (Less)
