Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

An investigation was operated in 1998, the Government Inquiry report on telework. It is also called SOU 1998:115 and was made to clarify potential problems that could occur for teleworkers. This investigation has, among with the European framework agreement, been the major basis for this thesis. The situations that could occur when teleworking concerning managerial prerogative, the duty to work, working hours... (More)

This investigation has, among with the European framework agreement, been the major basis for this thesis. The situations that could occur when teleworking concerning managerial prerogative, the duty to work, working hours and working environment are to this day not major, but although important. The problems are often not regulated by law, and are therefore submitted to be regulated by collective agreements between employer and unions, or in individual agreements between the employer and the teleworker.
