Title: An analysis of the planning for the SVT-office in Malmö. Title: An analysis of the planning for the SVT-office in Malmö. Authors: Christoffer Johannson & Viktor Kjellman Mentor: Petter Wallentén & Tobias Laursen, Tyréns Examiner: Kaisa Svennberg Problem statement: What where the consequences of the planning that where made before the renovation of the building that today host the SVT-office? What are the following results due to energy consumption, humidity balance and what are the users experiences? Aim: The aim of the study is to evaluate the planning of the SVT-office in Malmö with a parametric study and measurements. The thermal climate for the building will also be estimated. Approach: This study treats the SVT-office in Västra Hamnen in Malmö. The construction of the wall is analysed with a parametric study depending of the factors that influences the humidity balance. Thermal bridges has been identified and analysed with a thermographic camera, drawings and inspections. Furthermore the thermal comfort has been measured and examined with the Örebroenkäten. Conclusion: To sum up the results from this study the SVT-office is a well-functioning building. The renovation has succeeded to combine both antiquarian- and technical aspects with good results.
