Abstract
Video on Demand (VoD) is a service that delivers video seamlessly to the consumer

consumers are happy with their services but that most of the success factors have an impact on
their usage of the service. By applying the DeLone and McLean model on VoD the thesis also
test the ability for using the model for not just organizational but also entertainment systems.
We discussed the possibility of VoD of both being a product against illegal file haring but on
the other hand also justifying the consumers’ use of it. (Less)
