Abstract
Project has different basis that must be completed to be able to present a finished product. Knowledge of the area and how the projection works will be used in efforts to implement the empirical study. Design assumptions are divided into two groups where some items are specific to a particular product while others are general conditions in all projects. The goal is to identify the conditions and assess the risks from an economic perspective in projects. A literature study presents various general conditions for projection. The empirical study studies a new industrial park in the southwest of Kristianstad. The area has plans to expand and therefore a new highway in the area planned. The main road creates two new intersecting points in the South that must be looked into. The project will be procured as a performance contract and a variable fee is procured as compensation. The steps in the empirical study are to identify the different circumstances and conditions to distinguish whether they are object-specific or can apply to other projects. The first step in the empirical study is to know the conditions of the area and the knowledge from the literature how an intersection should be designed. The southern intersection, but Annedalsvägen will develop as a intersection type C while the other one is about 200 meters further up the road will be designed as a intersection type A. VGU used as frameworks or guidelines at a facility projects in road and street. A general prerequisite for designing a good system is awareness of how a road structure is constructed and how the water in the facility should be managed. Road construction is built with a superstructure and a substructure that has the features of distributing the weight further from the traffic into the ground. By implementing the various stages of projection, the step that takes the longest to develop is discovered. By implementing the various stages of project planning is discovered which step it is taking the longest to develop. The design must conform to a certain type of vehicle that must be able to turn at the intersection. A model is created to show how the intersect is formed. It takes three changes in the project in order to show how much a change affects the project's time. A survey on Tyréns office in Malmö and Kristianstad is performed in order to discuss the responses with the results of the empirical study. The conclusion that can be presented in the thesis is that the most time-consuming part of the design is when the management of water occurs. It affects large parts of the plant. It is a big risk if new information comes in that requires a new design of the facility. It reported that small changes after the product is finished may affect the overall time. The impact can be that the project organization loses their profit share in the project. (Less)
