Underlättande och hindrande faktorer vid implementering av nya arbetssätt i barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin. En studie av ett pilotprojekt.

Abstract
The purpose of the present study was to study an implementation process of evidence based practice guidelines for assessing and treating youth depression within the project “Deplyftet” (EBP-DL). The method used was semi-structured interviews with participating managers and practitioners from the four BUP-clinics in EBP-DL, and research questions were 1) How do participants experience the implementation process and the different parts of EBP-DL? 2) What factors are experienced as facilitating and impeding for implementation of guidelines in their workplace? Through thematic analysis six main themes were identified: preparative training and material, clarity-ambiguity, preconditions of clinics, support, dissemination and economy.... (More)

Studiens syfte var att kartlägga underlättande, respektive hindrande faktorer i en implementeringsprocess. Detta gjordes genom semistrukturerade intervjuer av chefer och behandlare från de BUP-kliniker som ingick i implementeringsprojektet ”Deplyftet” (EBP-DL). Forskningsfrågorna för studien var: 1) Hur uppfattar behandlare och chefer implementeringsprocessen och EBP-DL:s olika delar? 2) Vad uppfattar behandlare och chefer som hindrande respektive underlättande faktorer för att implementera riktlinjerna på sin arbetsplats? Deltagarna framhöll även en upplevelse av att implementeringsprojektet till viss del saknade framförhållning och tydlighet rörande struktur och planering. I mindre utsträckning beskrev deltagare att det i vissa fall saknades ett uttalat syfte med enskilda moment. (Less)
