- Abstract
- It has become popular for companies to develop diversity policies in order to welcome and work with diversity. This essay aim to answer how immigrants are included as interns at companies who are involved with a specific diversity project. The essay researches why the interviewee became interns, the inclusion of the interns at their company and their experiences of being interns, how they are included in formal and informal occasions at work. The study is based on five interviews which are analyzed thematically by using postcolonial theories. Three different levels of discrimination has been found.
