- Den här studien behandlar musiklärares användande av humor i sitt arbete samt vilken inverkan undervisningen. Genom kvalitativa intervjuer med musiklärare och elever på estetiska programmet, undersöks användandet av humor och dess effekter på undervisningen. Den data som intervjuerna genererade jämfördes och analyserades med hjälp av relevant litteratur som behandlar humor och undervisning, detta för att kunna utforska ämnet på ett adekvat sätt. Resultaten som togs fram var att lärarna använder humor för att skapa en stimulerande och konstruktiv läromiljö, dämpa negativa känslor som är sammankopplade med musikalisk prestation samt öka elevernas förmåga att samarbeta inom gruppen. - This study is about music teachers use of humour in the classroom and how the students respond to it. Furthermore, this study shows how humour affects the teaching in general. With qualitative interviews held with music teachers and students at a high school within the Arts programme, the use of humour and its effects on teaching is examined. The interview data was compared and analysed together with current literature on humour and teaching, this to be able to explore the field in a sufficient way.
