The study was carried out by five semi-structured interviews with five middle-managers. The study has concluded different statements from the chosen middle-managers regarding how organizational structures and organizational cultures affect their ability to work client-centered. While some has mentioned that budget responsibility negatively affects the possibility to work with a client-centered perspective, others view it as a positive aspect of their work. A key finding in this study has been that the middle-managers with the least budget responsibility also visited their clients more frequently. Another key finding in this study has been how the middle-managers work to reach their clients. While some middle-managers tend to talk to their clients directly, others use their staff as their main tool to reach out to the client. (Less)
