Abstract
The aim with this thesis was to study how social workers who work with financial assistance deliberate in their decision making. We wanted to see how these social workers discussed different cases with each other and then see if there’s a difference in the discussion and the decision making depending on what city the social worker works in. We have used a qualitative method to be able to find an answer to our questions. The method we used was focus groups interviews. We had three interviews in three different cities.
