Abstract (Swedish)
Vi identifierade faktorer som alla intervjuade företag har gemensamt i termer av struktur, värde
och till sist värde genom struktur. Exempelvis utför företagen sitt förändringsarbete snarligt varandra
(struktur), lojalitetsprogrammen skapar mer återkommande kunder i samtliga fall (värde) och samtliga fall
har samarbetspartners för att öka värdet för kunden (värde genom struktur).
Abstract
We identified factors that all interviewed firms have in common in terms of structure, value
and lastly value through structure. For an example, all cases conduct their change processes in a similar
way (structure), the loyalty programs create more returning customers for all cases (value) and all cases
have cooperation partners that increase the value for customers (value through structure).
