And this, in the background of an ongoing latent political conflict between the regions two great powers Saudi Arabia and Iran. Drawing on theories on conflict management, international relations, small states actions and on bias and leverage, this study aims to describe the way that GCC interacted with in Bahrain, Yemen and Oman in 2011.
