Results:. The results show that the most frequent interventions used are occupational skills training and compensatory aids such as assistive technology in working life for adults with autism spectrum disorder.
Conclusion: Occupational therapy interventions in working life increases the possibilities of obtaining and retaining an employment for adults with autism spectrum disorder. In addition, it was found that employers were satisfied and an increased quality of life can be seen by the employee. This shows the great benefits of employing adults with autism spectrum disorder. Abstract (Swedish)
(More)

(Less)
