The results of this study conclude that the law of duty to report child abuse conduce to both difficulties and ease in the work of the officials, which affects their work and thus the workings of the law. In some places is the largest gap between the law and how it applies a result of the lack of specific routines and guidelines to be followed by “the street-level bureaucrats”. (Less)
