The identified themes were: communication, support from supervisor, development, working climate, meaningfulness, flexibility, salary, the company’s reputation and resources. The results only show a significant result in differences of the personality trait conscientiousness. This study points to the fact that the priorities for Generation Y are different in relation to previous studies.
