- The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between organizations, BI
Consultancy, value co-creation. The study will examine how the managers use the advice they get from the BI consultants and the information they obtain from the customers to make products and services that are of value to the customers. To achieve this, the study will present an understanding of BI consultancy and value co-creation in the context of information/knowledge management and decision-making.
The study uses a qualitative research with both primary and secondary data sources.
